Set in the beautiful Cotswolds, we will begin our journey January 2025 at Cameo Studios, Farnham Estate, WR12 7LJ. Easily accessible from Oxford, Cheltenham, London.
The Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hour course goes far beyond the standard requirements for an accredited teacher training course. In drawing upon decades of experience, plus careful planning of the course structure and its materials, we aspire to create a learning environment which is fun, effective, diverse, and supportive.
The Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training course consists of 12 or 13 intensive monthly modules with a focus on the Vinyasa Krama practices of Seasonal Flow and Ashtanga Yoga. The course includes training and practice in Asana, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, Chinese Energy Work, Anatomy and Physiology, Kriyas, Chakras & Nadis and other traditional energy practices. It’s designed for those who want to become yoga teachers, and those students who simply want to deepen their personal practice and understanding of the seasons.
The course looks at asana practice, diet, lifestyle, mindset, energy, and more. We will be there every step of the way to support your development with regular group chats, buddies assigned each module, classes and monthly modules.

The course is based around monthly weekend intensives in which we cover a new aspect of Seasonal Yoga based on the season we’re in.
As part of the course you’ll have access to in depth online anatomy tutorials, incredible resources from the creators of seasonal yoga, the Seasonal Yoga text book and monthly Q&As about the content we’re covering in person with me as part of the intensive weekend.
You’ll be asked to complete one short essay as part of your assessment as well as teach assessed classes.
